Why are empty legs so cheap?
The aircraft is flying that route anyway, often to reposition for its next trip. The operator would rather sell the seats than fly empty, so prices are usually well below a full charter.

Is a last-minute leg safe?
Yes. It is flown by the same Confirmed operator, under its own air carrier certificate, with the same crew and maintenance as any charter.
What does “Request this leg” do?
It sends the request straight to the operator, who confirms with you. Sending a request is free, and ACE never holds your trip money.
Why can the time move?
The operator flies when its main trip needs the aircraft. If that trip moves, the leg can move or be cancelled. Flexible legs show how much the time can move.
