What ACE is, what it isn't, who flies you and who you pay. No fine print.
✓A marketplace, not a broker
ACE lists operators and brokers and lets you send them a trip. We don't arrange or sell flights.
✓We never hold your trip money
You pay the operator, or your own broker, directly. Your charter money never passes through ACE.
✓Real operators fly you
Every charter flight is flown by a certificated operator, under its own certificate, crew and insurance.
Common questions
What is ACE?
ACE is a marketplace and directory. It connects travelers, brokers and operators so you can see who flies where, check typical prices and send a trip request to the companies you pick. ACE is not a broker, not an agent and not an airline. We don't own or fly aircraft.
Does ACE sell flights or hold my money?
No. ACE doesn't sell flights and never holds trip money. When you book, you sign the charter agreement with the operator or your broker and pay them directly. Sending a trip request is free.
Who actually flies me?
In the US, charter flights are flown by FAA Part 135 operators. That means the operator holds an FAA air carrier certificate, uses its own trained crews and maintains the aircraft to commercial rules. You can look up any operator's certificate with the FAA, or ask your broker to.
ACE checked that the company's phone and email reach a real person, that it uploaded its operating certificate and insurance, and that each tail number it lists is on those documents. It is a check of identity and paperwork, not a safety rating.
ARGUS, Wyvern and IS-BAO are independent safety audits an operator pays for and passes. Operators add them to their profile and we show the level next to their name. Audits expire, so ask the operator for its current report before you fly.
After a completed trip, travelers and brokers can review the operator. When an operator's reviews show the same problem over and over, its profile shows Flagged · based on its reviews. It's a warning to read the reviews, not a ruling by ACE.

How does ACE make money?
Operators and brokers pay a monthly or annual subscription to list, bid and post on the Board. Travelers pay a 0.5% fee only after a completed trip. ACE never adds a markup to your charter price and never takes a cut of it.
Your trip is between you and the operator or broker, so call them first. Then tell us: a wrong listing, a bad experience, a price that wasn't honored, or anything that looks like a scam. We look at every report and can remove a company from ACE.
Brokers are welcome on ACE. Many travelers use both: ACE to see who flies the route and what it should cost, a broker when they want someone to handle it.
